Grey House Bed and Breakfast also known as Middleton's Grey House Bed & Breakfast is an established residential bed and breakfast ran and owned by Cassie Nightingale. The business takes place inside of Cassie's family home, Grey House. The bed and breakfast was established in 2009 shortly after Cassie moved to Middleton.

After fixing up Grey House and making it livable, Cassie needed more money in order to keep living in the house and running Bell, Book & Candle. She decided to open Grey House to the public as a bed and breakfast.
